On behalf of the City of Parkersburg, I would like to invite you to the Simms Powell Pavilion Ribbon Cutting & Open House on Monday, October 19, from 4–6:30 p.m. at Parkersburg City Park, 1920 Park Avenue.
The ribbon cutting will begin at 4 p.m., followed by an open house to see the new facility.
Please accept my apologies for the short notice. We recognize your schedule may already be committed, but would be pleased to have you join us as we celebrate this new community space.
